The Forex trading platform Advanced Trader provides new and experienced traders everything necessary to decide and place trades. A single screen provides a clear overview, and details are easily available. For example, your charts – which you can learn more about in a separate video – can support and inspire trades, while your Open Positions Summary, order book and trade log provide transparency on your current account status, which is also shown. Keep an eye on the Market News and the live trading quotes while you decide on your trades. When you are ready, you can place orders or make instantaneous trades using the trading boxes with your favorite forex currency crosses. The Advanced Trader’s transparency continues with the reporting options, which include your account statement and overviews of your cash movements, transactions and closed trades including profits and losses. For your convenience, today’s activities are provided separately. Returning to your options for trade execution, you can place instantaneous market orders for your favorite currencies by simply entering the trade amount and clicking the trading boxes. Instead of market orders, you can also open Forex positions by placing entry orders from the order menu, or by right-clicking on the chart and entering your desired market entry parameters. In this example let’s place an order to take profits and close the long position we just opened, when the EURUSD reaches a certain level. Best practice in this case is to place the Take Profit order 3 times as far from the trailing Stop Loss order that we will create in a moment. Note that both my new open position and the connected order have appeared in my Order book and Trade log, and affected my account overview.
